There are some important informations about our shop. If you have questions regarding the contents below, feel free to contact us 🙂

.All products are either ready-stock or pre-order. 

.Shipment will be processed during weekdays (working days) but not weekends and public holidays.

.If it is an urgent order, please contact our customer service to check whether the product is ready-stock before placing an order.

.Certain factors regarding international logistics, domestic logistics or products suddenly go out of stocks during your order, all could be the issues of delaying shipment. Under these circumstances, customers are allowed to cancel the order with fully refund.

General Product Information

.We provide a 7-days trial period for all products excluded consumer goods. For examples, we will not accept the request of returning a products which are already washed or used (e.g. Toe Separators, Slim Face Belt, Slimming Belt, etc).

.Before shipping out your order, all products and packages will be inspected to ensure they’re completely in a good condition. However, damages on packages may still happen during the shipment.

.Based on different manufacturing processes of the products, there are some conditions we’d like to let you know below :

1) Plastic and metal products: Due to the manufacturing limitations, there will be some inevitably minor wears or tiny spots but that will not affect the appearance of products as a whole.
2) Fabric products: Due to the manufacturing limitations, the printing position may vary due to cutting/knitting angles. Hence, it may be slightly different from photographs. Besides, it will be very slightly unstitch at the end of the thread and pilling on fabric are considered as normal.
3) Ceramic and glass products: Each item's shapes may be slightly different due to burning or blowing process. It may also cause tiny bubbles, dark spots and uneven colour from time to time. Some products are not glazed at the bottom for anti-slip purpose.
4) Genuine leather products: Due to the raw material limitations, insect bite scars or fighting scars, vascular folds, discolouration due to capillary on the leather are deemed as normal. Shades of colour may vary as well due to the different way of handling.
5) Original wooden products: Due to the raw material limitations, original rotten marks, original tree rings, texture and lines may vary from items shown in the photograph.
6) Printed and dyed products: Colours may vary in every batch of fabric which may cause slightly uneven in printing and peeling/dyeing colour spots (approximately less than 1cm³.)

.Due to differences of the online and offline pictures, a 10-20% discrepancy in measurement and colours is considered as normal.

.All items are packed with bubble wraps or courier bag. There may be slightly smell on cloth, but it will be eliminated after washing.

About Shipping

Standard Shipping (J&T Express)

.The shipping fee is RM8 for West Malaysia.
.The shipping fee is RM15 for East Malaysia.

Normally, J&T will deliver your parcels within 3-5 working days for West Malaysia or 7-9 working days for East Malaysia.

 Cash-on-Delivery (Ninja Van)

.The shipping fee is RM13 (included RM5 handling fee) for West Malaysia.
.COD service is not available in East Malaysia.

Normally, Ninja Van will deliver your parcels within 5-7 working days for West Malaysia.

Ready-stock products will be shipped out within 3-5 working days after the payment is confirmed. Pre-order products will be shipped out within 7-14 working days after the payment is confirmed.

Once we shipped out the parcels, our system will automatically send you the tracking informations via email. 

If the parcel is failed to be delivered due to the insufficient contact informations or your personal issues, shipping fee will need to be repay in order to resend the parcel to you.

Parcels will be returned and order will be cancelled if we are unable to get in touch with you within 3 days. The balance will be refunded to you after deduction of expensed shipping fee and service fee.

Delivery Notice
.Please note that orders with purchasing both ready-stock and pre-order products will be shipped together once the pre-order stock has arrived.

.Shipment may be delayed during holiday season or any shopping festival events. In these cases, we will announce all our lovely customers through our official fan-page. Hence, please be attentive on our announcements. 

Invoice description
All the invoice will be sent to your provided email. Please contact us if you need a copy of invoice personally.
